Lasha Mgeladze
was born on September 6, 1979 in Tbilisi, Georgia. In 2001 he graduated from Tbilisi State University with Bachelors’ degree in International Business-Law. In 2004-2005 he got LLM in International Commercial Arbitration Law from Stockholm University in Stockholm, Sweden.
In 2005 – 2007 he was Legal Counsel at Millennium Challenge Georgia Fund.
In 2007 – 2010 he was General Counsel at Millennium Challenge Georgia Fund.
In 2011 – 2011 he was Deputy Executive Director at Municipal Development Fund of Georgia.
From 2011 he is Deputy Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure.
He is fluent in English and Russian.
