Alexander Dolgov
Alexander Dolgov, partner in the Moscow office, specialises in project finance, public-private partnerships and capital markets. He holds a law degree from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (University) and an LLM from University of London, Queen Mary and Westfield College. He joined GLN in October 2010 and prior to that had worked for major international law firms in Moscow and in London. Alexander is the head of GLN’s Russian Projects Group and Capital Markets Group. He has advised international and Russian banks, international financial institutions, export credit agencies, sponsors and borrowers. Alexander is a member of the Expert Council on PPP at the State Duma of the Russian Federation. He speaks Russian, English, German and French.
